Senior Performance Marketing Manager - Retail Media / Omnichannel (f/m/d)

Our Performance Marketing team is currently looking for a motivated Senior Performance Marketing Manager – Retail Media Advertising / Omnichannel (f/m/d) to support our clients to grow their online business. The position is full-time and in Hamburg.
Responsibilities
You’ll develop performance marketing strategies focused on retail media channels
You’ll manage and optimize campaigns across various retail media networks (e.g., Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, OTTO, eBay Promoted Listings, etc.) and software providers (e.g., Criteo, Mabaya, CitrusAd, Microsoft Retail Media, Skai) to drive traffic, sales, and ROI
You’ll analyze campaign performance data, share insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve results and efficiency
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, analytics) to align marketing strategies with our business goals
You’ll keep an eye on market trends, competitors, and best practices to stay ahead
You’ll help drive innovation and lead our bi-weekly retail media meeting to tackle sector challenges
You’ll take ownership of campaign quality assurance and help ensure top quality across all retail media tool providers
You’ll build strong relationships with retailers and tool providers to support smooth, seamless campaign execution
You will support juniors and help everyone grow through continuous learning.
Requirements
You have a minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on retail media advertising (e.g. Sponsored ads or Display ads on retailer’s websites) - experience with Amazon Advertising, Criteo, CitrusAd, Walmart, eBay, OTTO or The Trade Desk is highly beneficial
You have a proven track record of managing successful retail media campaigns with significant ROI
You are highly analytical and possess a good technical understanding as well as quality and solution orientation
You enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
You are a self-motivated person, eager to learn and to expand your own know-how daily
You have a good sense of communicating with customers and ability to present complex contexts in a comprehensible way
You possess very good written and verbal communication skills in English - a second language is beneficial
